¡If habla Español! Well, sort of a

The issue of bilingualism and 'more' clear after a visit to San Antonio.

We assume that the only official language of the United States and 'the kind of English which are used to talk and there is no law for the recognition of linguistic minorities. Pero 'reality' and 'another: English and' the second language of the country and the percentage of people who speak it as their first language, and 'very high especially in states bordering Mexico.

Pero 'there' no recognition at official level. Apparently in Texas children are taught a little 'in English, and soon they forget that those who work in public offices is not' required to know both languages. It would not be a problem if all speak American but the fact is' that there is a significant slice of the population that speaks only English, and then there is a bit 'in trouble' in dealing with institutions. Not to mention the difficulties' that meets in dealing with me. Maybe you've already 'said the Mexican restaurant in Austin waiters spoke to each other in English and gestures with the owner of Thailand, which in turn is related to me in language that is still mysterious.

In turn we see a lot of bilingual signs, but only where needed, that 'where people think that Hispanics have an interest to understand that there is' written. In the wood shop everything was bilingual in store surfboards not just to understand each other.
And then of course who has a stall than anything writes on "If ¡habla Español!" because 'so' stop more 'people, and posted billboards in poor neighborhoods are sometimes only in English, so' saves space, 'cause so much want an anglophone walking them'?

So it 'a bilingual society' consumption and essentially bogus.
Or I did not understand anything, and that 'just as likely.
